Knead the dough ingredients in a bowl until doughy. 2. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Flatten and form the pizza base. 3. Place on baking paper and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes - flip halfway through to crisp both sides. 4. Remove from the oven and top with your favorite toppings, season, and enjoy. 5. My recommendation: Sprinkle with cream cheese, then add the bruschetta topping and finish with balsamic vinegar.
