Nkala: M23 has upper hand in the conflict
Research fellow at the University of Johannesburg's Centre for Africa-China Studies Dr Sizo Nkala says rebel group M23 has an upper hand in the conflict raveging eastern DRC. Thirteen South African soldiers died when their camp came under attack from the rebel group, allegedly with the support of Rwanda.
