I was one of 24 early-career dancers selected for their Contemporary Ballet Program—an intensive two weeks of creation, training, and performance. Led by Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, who also choreographed a new piece on us, the program included work with guest choreographer Durante Verzola and inspiring classes with Juan Carlos Peñuela and Russell Janzen. We kicked things off with the Season Opening Gala and wrapped it all up with a final performance showcasing all of our work.
