Exercise for Spiral Force - Leisurely Tying Coat
The trilogy of Visualization, Covering Qi to Jing and Spiral Force are the key of high level tai chi, often regard as the secret path to the tai chi mountain. To help you get most out of it I am going to send exercises to prepare for the Spiral Force. Please check out the visualization forum, and the Qi to Jing forum if you have not done that yet. Be sure to work well within your comfort zone and do the warmup exercise first. This is an extract from Tai Chi for Heart Conditions program, the Leisurely Tying Coat movement. Practice with me and at the forum you would feel the force and enjoy the experience even more.
