Restore Your Scar | Reconnect With Your Body After a C-Section

Restore Your Scar A gentle 12-minute guided movement practice to help you reconnect with your body after a C-section. After my own emergency C-section, I spent years trying to become stronger. What I eventually realised was that strength wasn’t the first thing I needed. I needed to reconnect. This practice is the one I wish I’d been shown sooner. Together we’ll gently reconnect with your scar, your breath, your pelvic floor and your centre through slow, restorative movement designed to help you feel safe and supported in your body again. This practice is suitable if you: • Have had a C-section. • Feel disconnected from your scar or abdomen. • Hold tension through your jaw, ribs, hips or pelvic floor. • Find yourself holding your breath without realising. • Want a gentle place to begin reconnecting with your body. This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about beginning again. If this practice helped you, I’d love it if you could like the video and leave a comment below. Every interaction helps more women discover these exercises and reminds YouTube to share this message with those who need it most. Steph
