❤️ Deh Vieni non Tardar (Le Nozze di Figaro) with Edel Sanders in Historic Mozart Era Vrtba Garden!🌹

What happens when you perform Mozart's most famous wedding comedy with your actual spouse? Absolute magic (and a lot of playful teasing)! We brought Susanna’s beautiful Act IV aria, "Deh vieni, non tardar," to the stunning Vrtba Garden in Prague—a magnificent 18th-century terraced garden that Mozart roamed during his historic visits to the city—including during the Prague debut of this very opera in 1786! The Plot Twist: In a comedy full of mistaken identities and misunderstandings, this aria is no exception. In Susanna’s famous Act IV aria, "Deh vieni, non tardar," she sings a tender love song to her husband, Figaro, who is hiding in the bushes. He is tormented because he misunderstood a note about a secret meeting and wrongly believes his new bride, Susanna, is cheating on him with the Count! Instead, she is singing in joyful anticipation of their upcoming wedding night, even though the confusion was caused by her plot with the Countess to fool the unfaithful Count. Of course, despite the crazy chaos in between, Figaro finds out the truth and the opera ends happily. 💞 There’s also a special real-life twist to our performance: the soprano playing Susanna (me) and the actor playing Figaro are happily married in real life! 💍 ✨ Filmed on location at the iconic Vrtba Garden in Prague in glorious 4K footage. 🎵 AUDIO CREDITS • Susanna: Soprano Edel Sanders • Piano: Vartan Agopian • Composer: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart • Opera: Le Nozze di Figaro (K. 492) • Vocal Recording - Nick Fox at Faust Studio 🎬 VIDEO CREDITS • Concept, Vision, Production & Direction: Edel Sanders • Acting Roles: Susanna, Edel Sanders, Figaro, Edward Sanders • Ballerina: Jade Marie Becker • Makeup and Hair: Lenka Regulyová • Costumes: Barrandov Studio, Prague • Filming and Editing: Henry Hodge • Filming Location: The Vrtba Garden (Vrtbovská zahrada), Historical Landmark in Prague https://share.google/uVrCWwccJoov0si6s 👉 Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE for more historic site performances and musical adventures! English: SUSANNA At last comes the moment When, without reserve, I can rejoice In my lover's arms: timid scruples, Hence from my heart, And do not come to trouble my delight. Oh how the spirit of this place, The earth and the sky, seem To echo the fire of love! How the night furthers my stealth! Come, do not delay, oh bliss. Come where love calls thee to joy, While night's torch does not shine in the sky. While the air is still dark and the world quiet. Here murmurs the stream, here sports the breeze, Which refreshes the heart with its sweet whispers. Here flowers smile and the grass is cool; Here everything invites to the pleasures of love. Come, my dearest, and amid these sheltered trees I will wreathe thy brow with roses. #OperaSinger #VrtbaGardenPrague #MozartOpera #VocalMusic #4K #FamousSopranoArias #BeautifulArias #MozartArias #OperaScene #MozartinPrague
