Very Rusty Old Bahco Wrench Restoration

I pick this vintage and very rusty Bahco wrench during the road trip to my friend's old farm so I could restore it. This old hand tool is manufactured by Bahco Sweden and it was in rough shape. This Bahco Vintage 15" Adjustable Wrench 0674 is made in Sweden, I think around 1970-1980. First I started to try get this old and rusty wrench to function. The wheel which moves the jaw of the wrench was pretty badly stuck. I tried to turn it, lube it, heat it, I put the wrench in vinegar bath and nothing happened! It was totally jammed. That's why I needed to drill the screw which wasn't my plan at all. I knew it would make the project much complicated if the screw will broke. So I was on the hard road now. When I got the wrench in pieces it was time to thoroughly clean it. I used wire brushing and polishing machine with a wire disc to clean all the rust away. After the cleaning I decided to give the wrench some cool look with metal bluing method. I heated the wrench handle so I could "paint" the handle bluish black dipping the wrench in to vegetable oil. It turned out to be a bit less black I imagined but I was still pretty satisfied. Only thing left was to polish the jaws and make new screw for the wheel. With everything done I put it back together and I was pretty happy how it turned to be. Jaws was shiny and the handle had some nice bluish black tint on it.
