The Wrench was very rusty and didnt work properly. So i disassembled it and put all the parts in an intense rust remover bath. After that I removed all the casting marks, reshaped some parts and sanded the main parts from 80 - 800 grit. The last grit was sanded with an orbital sanding machine to get rid of the scratches. After that i mirror polished the main parts and finished them with a nice glossy red rust protection. The small parts got cleaned and restored, after the shaping was done I heat blued them. The final test shows, that this adjustable wrench works perfectly fine now :-)
