30 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT WITH DUMBBELLS | Low Impact

This 30 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT WITH DUMBBELLS is aimed at building lean muscle and burning calories for fat loss! Each strength move combines an upper body move with a lower body move to help increase your heart rate, torch calories, and build lean muscle all at the same time. Compound exercises are the most effective at doing this! We're also going easy on the joints as this is a NO JUMPING routine! Just because it is low impact, does NOT mean it is low intensity! The breakdown: 1 Circuit, 10 Exercises x 3 Sets. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with a quick 15 seconds rest. During the rest period, I will demonstrate the next exercise 10 seconds prior to the start of the 45 second timer. Join in with me when you are ready! For reference, I used my 10lb dumbbells. Choose weights are challenging, yet doable with good form for you.
