30 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT WITH 1 DUMBBELL | All Standing, No Jumping

This 30 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT WITH 1 DUMBBELL is aimed at building lean muscle and burning calories for fat loss! Each strength move combines an upper body move with a lower body move to help increase your heart rate, torch calories, and build lean muscle all at the same time. Compound exercises are the most effective at doing this! We're also going easy on the joints as this is a NO JUMPING routine! Just because it is low impact, does NOT mean it is low intensity! This is an ALL STANDING routine so you don't have to worry about getting up & done off the floor! The breakdown: 1 Circuit, 10 Exercises x 3 Sets. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with a quick 15 seconds rest. During the rest period, I will demonstrate the next exercise 10 seconds prior to the start of the 45 second timer.
