We revisited Shinbashi Shimashizu, a very famous restaurant that has refused to be listed in the Michelin Guide and continues to honor its authentic Edomae-zushi style for future generations. Normally, photography is prohibited at this restaurant, which retains the atmosphere of an old Tokyo sushi restaurant, but this time we were given special permission to take pictures as the restaurant was reserved for a private party.
