My Village Foods is sharing the recipe of Kuttanadan Duck curry. Clean the duck meat using salt and turmeric powder. Marinate the meat with chili powder, turmeric powder and meat masala for ten minutes. Now take a vessel and add some oil to it . Cut oshallot slices and add to this. Now add clove seeds and curry leaves to it. Add coconut slices to this and saute it. Now add ginger and garlic to this . Add whole shallots to it. Now add onion slices and green chilly to it and saute it well. Add little coriander powder and red chilly powder to this and saute it well. Now add the marinated duck to it and cook it well.
