Ullivada is a spicy and tasty evening snacks which everybody likes. Whether it is for kids who return from school or for the elders who return tired after work, Ullivada is the easiest snack to prepare for them. With very less ingredients which are easily available at home we can prepare this dish. To make Ullivada , the ingredients required are Onion, curry leaves, ginger and gram flour. Cut onion ,ginger and curry leaves into thin slices and mix well. Now add gram flour. Generally we use green chillies in Ullivada, but for this recipe we use meat masala and red chilly powder.
