40 Minute Full Body Conditioning Workout. XFA Fitness
In this 40 minute workout, we cover the full body utilizing strength, plyometrics, flexibility, stamina and core. We perform weighted and body weight exercises. For this workout, I use 1 set of 25 lb dumbbells. Choose your weight according to your needs. I also utilize a set of pushup bars. These are not required.
