Flaky purple potato crust and coarse sugar granules are delightfully crunchy, while fluffy interior is loaded with moist purple potato filling—sweet and delicious. Great texture, incredibly satisfying! Storage: Best enjoyed warm after baking. After completely cooled, store in a sealed plastic bag at room temperature for 2 days (moist purple sweet potato filling spoil quickly; can also choose to make it without filling and sandwich with butter thereafter). Freezing will preserve them longer.
