Peel the raw mangoes and cut them into small pieces. Roughly chop the tomatoes and green chilies. Add the raw mango pieces, tomatoes, green chilies, garlic cloves, and salt to a blender. Blend everything until you achieve a smooth or slightly coarse chutney consistency, according to your preference. Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and pour it over the chutney for extra flavor. Mix well and serve fresh. Roman Urdu Method Kachay aam, tamatar aur hari mirchon ko achi tarah dho lein. Kachay aam ka chilka utaar kar chhote tukron mein kaat lein. Tamatar aur hari mirchon ko mota mota kaat lein. Blender mein kachay aam, tamatar, hari mirch, lehsan ki kaliyan aur namak daal dein. Sab cheezon ko blend kar lein jab tak chutney smooth ya halki daradari na ho jaye. Chutney ko serving bowl mein nikaal lein. 1 khanay ka chamach tail garam karke chutney par daal dein. Achi tarah mix karein aur taaza serve karein. Serving Suggestion: Paratha, roti, pakoray, samosay, BBQ aur daal chawal ke sath bohat mazedaar lagti hai
