It helps the channel grow and motivates me to create even more healthy content 😊 ➡️ Total calories of the bread: 1404 kcal ➡️ Divided into 15 slices: ≈ 94 kcal per slice of bread 🥖 Recipe & Ingredients: 2 cups (180 g) oats I grind some of the oats additionally in a blender Salt to taste 1 tbsp (12 g) baking powder Oregano to taste 4 eggs 2 cups quark 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil Gradually add dry ingredients Let it soak for 10 minutes Grease the baking pan with a bit of vegetable oil Pour the dough into the pan Sprinkle with a little oats Baking time: 45–50 minutes at 180°C (350°F) I intentionally left some dough aside— I’ll show you how to fry this bread in a pan too 🍳 Just use a little vegetable oil for frying Fry until golden brown on both sides ➡️ Total calories of the dip: ≈ 123 kcal 🥣 Dip: 135 g Greek yogurt 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley A bit of salt Black pepper 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp olive oil Mix everything together – done! The bread is ready and needs to cool down now. Let it rest in the pan for the first 10 minutes.
