ΒΎ cup) β 2 eggs β Unsweetened yogurt for serving β Herbs to taste β Chili flakes (optional) 13:33 π Recipe 3: Vegan Quinoa Patties β Soak 200g of quinoa (~1 cup) in water for 20 minutes. β Β½ tsp salt β Boil 400 ml of water (~1β cups) for 15β20 minutes. β 2 tsp chia seeds + 75 ml water (let soak for 10 min.) β or 2 eggs β 1 onion (finely chopped) β Olive oil β Β½ tsp cumin β Β½ tsp garlic powder β Β½ tsp turmeric β Pepper and salt β 200 g carrots (~1Β½ cups, finely grated) β 2 tsp sunflower seeds β A handful of parsley or coriander β 1 tbsp chili flakes (optional) β 80 g flaxseed or chickpea flour (~β cup) Bake in the oven at 180 Β°C for about 15 minutes (shape the patties beforehand and brush lightly with oil).
