Man vs stump

Earlier in the year I cut down an incredibly overgrown laurel hedge, it is now starting to regrow but one stump was further over than the rest and seemed out of place, so I decided that it would be best to remove it. I started by digging away the soil around the stump to expose the roots, I used a combination of loppers, a mattock, and a small chainsaw to cut away at them until the stump had some movement, at this point I was able to use my winch to pull out the stump snapping the remaining roots, I was pleased I had the winch as otherwise it would have taken a lot more digging. After moving the stump out of the way I had quite a crater to deal with, I back filled the hole in layers making sure to compact the soil as I went, I did not have quite enough soil to fill the hole as I had removed the stump but I left it looking tidy, I am planning on removing the concrete pad and sloping the ground in the future so this should be ok for now.
