Boil 3 large potatoes in salted water with their skins on until fully cooked. 2. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then carefully scoop out the centers without damaging the outer shell. 3. Grate 100 g cheese. 4. Cut 100 g beef sausage into small cubes. 5. Halve 3–4 cherry tomatoes. 6. Thinly slice 2 small garlic cloves. 7. Chop 4–5 sprigs of parsley. 8. Fill each hollowed potato in the following order: Grated cheese Diced beef sausage Cherry tomato halves Sliced garlic A small piece of butter Chopped parsley 9. Crack 1 egg into each potato. 10. Sprinkle extra grated cheese on top. 11. If desired, season the eggs with a little salt and black pepper. 12.
