Cut the sandwich bread into 6 slices and spread butter on each slice. 2. Add sliced cheese on all pieces, then place turkey meat on 3 slices. 3. Cover with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches. 4. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs, add salt and pepper, then mix in milk. 5. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture. 6. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and greased with butter. 7. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top. 8.
