The structure is a cut above what you find farther south in West Toledo, and it shows in the ceiling height, the layout, and the overall bones. This one is about as close to plug and play as a house gets in this price range, whether you are moving in or holding it. Two bedrooms sit on the main floor with a full bath, and there is a dormer bedroom upstairs with a half bath and storage for days. The finished side of the basement has taken on a little water where one downspout drops straight at the foundation with no extension, which is a cheap fix. The detached garage is glorified shed territory, no opener, daylight showing, fine for storage but nobody is parking in it. And the dormer bedroom ceiling runs right around six foot seven, so depending on the appraiser it may or may not get counted as a bedroom. As a rental, a tall guy like me walks around up there just fine. This is listed at $124,900, and I think you are looking at rent somewhere in the $1,300 to $1,400 range given the quality of the structure and it's location.
