Gluten free Brioche Buns | Burger Buns | Dairy free

Delicious Brioche Buns that can be made with filling, used for Burgers or just eaten on there own! Ingredients: 100gr warm water(3/8cup) 10gr dry yeast 2 tsp sugar 100gr cashew milk (3/8cup) 100gr water (3/8cup) 100gr olive oil (1/2cup) 1 egg Salt 360gr Gf Flour bread blend (2 7/8cup) Chia and sesame seeds Filling(optional) Dairy free Cheese In a bowl mix warm water with dry yeast. Add yeast mix to bigger bowl and add sugar, salt, cashew milk, olive oil, water and 1 egg white (reserve yolk for brushing). Mix everything well and start adding flour untill u can knead a non sticky dough. Use your fingers to brake lumps while kneading. Cover and leave it to rise 1h. When done rising, knead it a bit more and separate in small balls. Size of the balls is your choice. Put a bit olive oil on your hands when kneading a balls. This is my personal choice, but in some balls I added cheese. You can add any king of filling but they are delicious on there own. Brush them with egg yolk. Coat with seeds. Bake on 200°C (400°F) for 25min. Enjoy!
