This is the best sweet milk bun recipe and it will amaze you, a soft gluten free brioche style bread that is chewy and stays fresh for ages with a multitude of uses you’ll want to make it again and again. Most gluten free milk bread recipes are usually complicated calling for a huge amount of ingredients but not this one. Ok there may not be exactly 153 reasons why this sweet milk bun recipe is the best but it sure feels like it! Here’s what you’ll need 👩🍳 310g gluten free bread flour- I used Simply Wize 6g instant yeast 2tbs sugar Pinch salt 1 egg 58-60g butter melted 250ml warm milk Approx 1 tbs mild oil or less for oiling bowl and kneading. Glaze 1 egg Drop of milk Method Add yeast sugar and salt to bread floursnd combine. In a separate bowl pour melted butter into egg and mix. Pour egg and butter into flour then add the milk snd mix everything til well combined. Knead on s lightly floured surface. Use a littke oil on the dough. Kneading should take 1 minute for a smooth dough. Place dough in oiled bowl, cover and rest in draft free area for 1 1/2 hours. Place dough on floured surface and knead again for a minute and then divide into 4-6 balls ( I made 5) Knead and shape balls as per video. Allow balls to rest covered for 20min Glaze Bake at 180C for 25-30 min in a fan forced oven middle shelf. #glutenfree #milkbread
