Exercice pour jouer à 2 : accords et impro sur une gamme (guitare)

In this video, Martin offers a very simple exercise for playing guitar together. The idea is simple: one person accompanies by picking chords from a scale, while the other improvises over them. And since the soloist never knows which chord will come up next, they have to find the notes by ear, in real time. That's what makes it such a great practice exercise. We start with two chords (C and D major) over an A drone, work our way up to the G major scale, and see how to enrich the sound, string by string, with the help of the fretboard displayed on the screen. This exercise is accessible as soon as you can play a scale and maintain a basic rhythm. Ideal for progressing as a duo without any stress.
