DR. AYODELE ADERINWALE, MFR, FNIM — A LIFE OF VISION, LEADERSHIP & IMPACT From governance reforms to entrepreneurship development, Dr. Ayodele Aderinwale has remained one of Africa’s foremost institution builders and development strategists. A respected scholar, business leader, and mentor, his contributions have shaped leadership discourse, youth empowerment, and sustainable development across Nigeria and the African continent. A former Executive Director of the Africa Leadership Forum founded by Olusegun Obasanjo, Dr. Aderinwale also played key roles in the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM), the African Union’s ECOSOCC, and the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library. As Project Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC), Lagos, he led initiatives that trained over 16,000 young entrepreneurs and helped create thousands of jobs nationwide.
