I Ran a Solo Marathon With ZERO Real Training… Here’s What Happened

Here’s my first ever marathon documented. Going into this run I had no plan other than to finish it. My work shirt, shorts and new balances for gear. A banana, 2 hydration packets and some medjool dates for nutrition. All alone for 7 hours without any music or anything to listen to. Didn’t finish with an impressive pace but still got it done. My body was not even close to in shape for this long distant run…but with the power of mindset and not giving up I was able to succeed. This is the start of my running journey, stay tuned for more in the future.
