The investigation revealed that the debtor had indeed been two months behind on her installments. However, she later paid off the outstanding balance, bringing the total payment to three months in one go. Despite fulfilling the obligation, the motorcycle has not been returned. In fact, the towing company is said to have demanded additional towing fees from the debtor.
