Hoarder Tenant ORDERED by COURT to VACATE Immediately!!!

The owner of this property has just been granted the right to remove everything, inside and out, by a court, as the tenant has refused to remove all the junk after a lengthy legal process. Originally, the homeowner and the tenant were friends, but after this little episode, I would say that they are no longer friends! With the bank threatening to repossess the house, the owners, were desperate to have this place fixed up and ready to go on sale. That where we come in. To me, though, it seems a bit inefficient to have them outside in Tasmania with a temperate climate (coldish for 3 - 4 months per year). But that is industry standard down here 🤷‍♂️ Q: What types of ladders do you use? A: The large one is a Gorilla Adjustable Platform 150kg and the small one is a Gorilla Mighty 19. They are both adjustable. Q: Who/what is Jim's Mowing? A: Jim's Mowing is a franchise business. The Jim's Group is the biggest home services franchise in Australia.
