This is, without a doubt, the most ambitious, complex, and detailed project I've developed on my channel. 🚊🇦🇷💥 I spent months researching, cross-referencing passenger flow data, analyzing existing infrastructure, and designing on the map what I consider the definitive solution to the chronic mobility problems in our region: The Buenos Aires Metropolitan Tram Network. While the subway network is completely paralyzed and the Metrobús model is beginning to show signs of structural saturation on its main corridors, the modern tram (or light rail) emerges not as a utopian dream of the past, but as the only viable, sustainable, and high-capacity alternative that the City of Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires urgently need. In this video, I present the complete master plan, route by route: 📍 Total Connectivity: How to efficiently connect key and long-neglected points like University City, La Boca, Mataderos, and Puente La Noria through a modern and fast rail system. 📐 Engineering and Feasibility: The technical analysis of how to integrate the tram into existing avenues, utilizing dedicated lanes and interacting with vehicular traffic. 🔄 Intermodal Integration: How this project functions as the perfect feeder for existing subway lines, multiplying travel options without overloading the underground network. 🌆 Urban Impact: The role of a Metropolitan Transportation Authority in breaking down the barriers of the General Paz highway and offering, for the first time, a unified system for millions of daily users. This isn't just another opinion video; it's a comprehensive urban proposal with plans, estimated frequencies, and a technical breakdown designed to demonstrate that a better-connected Buenos Aires is 100% possible with serious planning.
