Full Body Functional Mobility Flow Yoga (45 min)
This is a replay of a recent Online Mobility Flow class. Mobility Flow is 45 minutes of mobility training integrated in a vinyasa style yoga class with basic pranayama or yogic breath at the end. It's designed to help you bring movement into your day. Beginner friendly with adaptable challenge, we work through the major joints, connect breath with movement, and focus on awareness and inner sensing to leave you feeling energized and relaxed.
