Zutaten: 1 Packung XXL Pizzateig aus dem Kühlregal (550 g) 200 g Räucherlachs 200 g Kräuterfrischkäse ca. 200 g TK-Spinat Salz 1 Eigelb Bei diesem einfachen Rezept für einen Pizza-Zopf mit Lachs und Spinat werden Lachs, Spinat, Kräuterfrischkäse und Pizzateig zu einem Zopf geflochten. Anschließend wird der Zopf zu einem schönen Kranz geformt. Die Zubereitung ist denkbar einfach und in nur wenigen Minuten kann der Kranz in den Ofen geschoben werden. In diesem Rezept habe ich einen gekauften Pizzateig verwendet, um es einfacher zu gestalten und Zeit zu sparen. Aber natürlich kannst du den Pizzateig auch selber herstellen. Der Pizza-Zopf mit Lachs und Spinat wird mit Räucherlachs zubereitet und schmeckt warm wie kalt ausgezeichnet.
