Welcome back to my channel!!! 😉 Today I'm offering you an abdominal endurance challenge. 😎💪 I've chosen 10 Pilates exercises for you that you should know if you're a regular visitor (we'll do everything together, don't worry 😉): 1 - Single Leg Stretch 2 - Obliques 3 - Scissors 4 - Rollups 5 - Hundred from Retroversion 6 - Table Leg Curl 7 - Diamante Toe Taps 8 - Up/Down with Legs Supported on Elbows 9 - Leg Pull Front Prep 10 - Plank on Elbows For the entire series, we'll do 50 seconds of work and have 15 seconds to recover and prepare for the next exercise. What makes this sequence intense is not so much the difficulty of the exercises as the duration of the "work" moment. Always prioritize the QUALITY of your workout—it's not how many repetitions you do within 50 seconds that matter, but how precise the movement is, and how well your body alignment and posture are maintained. Always feel free to slow down or stop if you feel the need—you can do just 5 of the exercises I suggest and start over with the others later. Listen to your body.
