And (after getting permission) I voted."] She says she witnessed several other voters similar to herself. [Lee Chun-hee / Hwaseong, Gyeonggi: "It wasn't just me; there were quite a few people just walking out."] A local constituency candidate who learned of this protested to the local election commission, but, [Shim Yong-jin / Provincial Assembly Candidate for Hwaseong 2nd Constituency: "I asked if there was a manual allowing people to enter twice to vote. (The commission staff member) said that this wouldn't affect the outcome of the election..."] The Gyeonggi Provincial Election Commission stated that they allowed the vote to be cast in order to guarantee the right to vote, as it was confirmed that the voter had only cast one ballot, and staff were able to identify the individual due to their distinctive appearance. However, this contradicts the instructions received by voters in other regions who only stamped three ballots before leaving. [Namyangju City Election Commission - Voter Phone Call: "They went in without knowing (there were 4 more ballots) and then came back in. We cannot proceed with voting in cases like this.
