City Pop Meets Street Fighter Alpha 2(+Zero 3)

NOTE: This is mostly a remaster because the OST already functions off a lot of essential city pop elements, and it seems for Street Fighter games in general, most viewers prefer a simple remaster instead of an overhaul(I know this from a certain other Street Fighter video I did...). 2 was my favourite game in the alpha series.
