2004 Detroit Pistons Championship Celebration (Full)
June 15, 2004 - Completing what many considered to be the league's first "five-game sweep", the 2004 Detroit Pistons earned the third NBA title in franchise history with a 100-87 Game 5 victory over the previously heavily favored Los Angeles Lakers. While Ben Wallace closed out the series with a overwhelmingly dominant 18-point, 22-rebound performance, it was teammate Chauncey Billups who walked away with the Finals MVP trophy, joining Isiah Thomas and Joe Dumars as the three Pistons to earn the honor. With the victory, head coach Larry Brown became the first coach to win both an NCAA and NBA championship. Box Score: https://www.basketball-reference.com/...
