Today the level of competition on the bars reached another level. Two absolute beasts of the scene joined me for training: Ivo and Carlos Saona. Two elite competitors with whom we pushed ourselves to the limit, going toe-to-toe in every set, every static hold, and every combo. More than just a training session, this was a statement of intent. We know perfectly well that in the near future we'll be facing off on stage, battling for the podium. So today we used the park to test ourselves, push ourselves to the limit, and make it clear what happens when the highest level of calisthenics comes together in one place.
