Why do my SubAligner results look wrong??

The reason that you get different results with different DSP settings in SubAligner is that the DSP settings affect the magnitude and phase response. If you change a filter from 80 to a 100 Hz, the phase will shift, and you're going to need different settings for the alignment. Feel free to download those traces from SubAligner and come up with your own custom presets. One easy way to get started is to use the SubAligner alignment recommendation and then try apply symmetrical filters.
