홍어 보다 냄새 심한 음식 찾았다: 스웨덴🇸🇪썩힌 청어!!!🤢

Last week we had the please of filming with a real Swedish Viking... and as our first ever guest who loves fermented seafood, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to put Korean ROTTEN STINGRAY to the test against Swedish ROTTEN HERRING. We learn how to properly eat SURSTRÖMMING, and give Chris the Viking a proper introduction to Korean HONGEO. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone visiting Korea for the first time... but in the rare chance that you are from Northern Scandinavia, have actual Viking blood, and grew up eating fermented (rotten?!) seafood, then it's worth giving it a go!!! 지난 주에 저희 스웨덴 바이킹을 모시고 촬영할 기회가 있었어요... 저희 게스트 최초로 발효된 해산물을 좋아하는 분을 모신만큼, 한국의 홍어와 스웨덴의 삭힌 청어를 비교해볼 수 있는 완벽한 기회라고 생각했어요. 수르스트뢰밍을 제대로 먹는 방법도 배워보고, 바이킹 출신 크리스씨께 한국 홍어를 제대로 소개시켜드립니다. 한국을 처음 방문하는 분들께는 추천해드리고 싶은 메뉴는 아니지만,,, 혹시라도 북스칸디나비아의 바이킹족의 후예이면서 어려서부터 발효된 (썩은?) 생선을 먹고 자라셨다면, 한국 홍어도 한번 먹어볼만 하죠!!!
