The traditional Swedish way to eat surströmming

For Reddit! :D This is a short instructional video on how to eat surströmming (fermented herring). There is basically two ways of eating fermented herring; On or Off white thin bread. The ingredients we're using here is: Butter, Surtrömming, Red onion, Tomatoes, Potatoes, White thin bread and Creme fraiche with onions and tomatoes (this is very optional). And with that we're drinking beer and vodka. Don't be afraid to try it.
