Great Central Railway GCR Last Hurrah Gala in RETRO STYLE - a FLASHBACK to the 1960s
It was a very grey day from a weather point of view so I decided to release the video in retro style. The whole video is produced in black and white recalling what the railway would have looked like in the 1960s. The fact that the GCR Last Hurrah Gala was a Mixed Traffic Event added to this perception. The video features the following locomotives. BR Standard Class 2 No. 78018 BR Standard Class 2 No. 78019 BR Standard 5MT No. 73156 Hudswell Clarke 0-6-0 Np. 68067 BR (W) Modified Hall No. 6990 'Witherslack Hall' Class 35 Hymek D7018 Class 27 D5370 Class 101 DMU I hope you enjoy this video.
