Dor na Coluna: Quais Exercícios Você Pode Fazer Sem Piorar

Safer Exercises for Those with Back Pain Who Want to Train Without Worsening the Problem I explain which exercises are safest for those experiencing back pain and why training can be an ally in recovery when well-chosen. Having back pain or even a herniated disc doesn't mean stopping exercising, but it requires understanding which movements protect the spine and which increase the risk of worsening. I show how back pain is usually related to poorly distributed overload, lack of stability, and execution errors. When exercise respects the biomechanics of the spine, strengthens the supporting muscles, and improves movement control, the tendency is to reduce pain and increase safety. Throughout the video, I explain which movement patterns are safer, why exercises with good stability, core control, and adequate range of motion work best, and how to avoid movements that combine high load with uncontrolled flexion or rotation of the spine. I also make it clear that there is no "forbidden" exercise for everyone, but there are exercises that are unsuitable for those experiencing pain at that moment. The problem isn't the name of the exercise, but rather how it's performed, the load used, and the spine's current capacity to withstand that stimulus. Ultimately, I organize the principles for training with back pain intelligently, using exercise as a tool for protection, strengthening, and injury prevention, and not as a cause of worsening the problem. ⏱️ Video Chapters: 00:00 - Back pain and exercise: what you need to understand 01:55 - Why some exercises relieve and others worsen pain 04:08 - Safer movement patterns for the spine 06:32 - Exercises that require more care 08:47 - Common mistakes made by those who train with back pain 10:21 - How to create a safer workout for your spine 🧩 In this video: Understand which exercises are safer for your spine Discover why exercise can help with back pain Learn how to avoid movements that overload the spine See how to train more safely even when experiencing pain Follow me:   / andrealbuquerque_   https://t.me/andrebiomecanica   / andrealbuquerquebiomecanica   If you want to know everything about biomechanics, remember Don't forget to subscribe to the channel!
