[Osteria Lucca♡Higashi 4-chome Instagram]   / osteria_luccah4   Leather Inochi Tsukesoba (Serves 4) Ingredients 400g dried soba noodles 400ml soba broth (straight) 200ml water 1 stalk chopped green onion 4 packs of bonito flakes (1.2g per pack) To taste black pepper (reference: 10 or more shakes per serving) *The video uses 30 shakes A little perilla oil Directions 1. Place the bonito flakes flat on a heat-resistant plate and microwave (600W for 1 minute 10 seconds) to remove excess moisture. Then crush with your hands to form a coarse powder. 2. Add the soba broth and water to a pot. 3. Boil the soba noodles according to the package instructions. 4. Sprinkle black pepper into a dipping sauce bowl and add the green onion and bonito flakes. 5.
