ナガブナと思しき魚を身が溶けるくらい煮込んでみた
水が抜かれた池の底からヘラブナとともに飛び出してきた「ナガブナ」と思しきフナ。全国的にはメジャーではないフナですが、日本海側では美味しい魚として珍重することもあるようです。 今回は、フナ料理としてもっとも一般的と言える「味噌汁」で試食。ただし普通の味噌汁ではなく、何度も煮返して身がホロホロになった、いわば「フナこく」の状態で食べてみることにしました。 #フナ #郷土料理 #池の水ぜんぶ抜く
