To find a job in Finland - recruiter advice

50 questions and answers in half an hour. Recruiter Saku Tihveräinen (video and edit by Jani Karlsson) had a chat on LinkedIn and collected a number of questions related to finding a job in Finland. Here's an attempt to answer them. It's by no means perfect but it's a start - be superactive and you'll make it. The key message to all international and native job seekers in Finland and further - both find jobs by applying to open positions, yet network online and offline actively (make a bit of personal brand) and make a difference not only short-term (job) but long-term (future jobs, relevant networks etc.).
