To find a job in Finland - the peer advisory film

It is not easy to find a job in Finland yet it is doable. Listen to the advise from the professionals who have done it. The film is a co-creation project by Saku Tihveräinen (script, interviews) and Jani Karlsson (video, production) to support people in the more challenging position - having the education, applying to jobs but struggling to land relevant positions. Take part in Slush and other events as a volunteer, e.g. https://www.slush.org/events/helsinki... Why not committing to Aiesec, make friends, learn and network, e.g. https://aiesec.fi/become-a-member/ And, repeating, definitely join in the meetups, meetings, seminars, conferences – and contribute to them! And yes, when you consider applying to open jobs are out there on job boards (e.g. Monster, Oikotie, Glassdoor, Job Centre at www.te-palvelut.fi/te/fi/ etc.). Many sites provide info on how to write a CV (e.g. Monster, Expat Finland – do google them!), Ditto for cover letter advice. You can do it! What would you add, what's your piece of advice?
