Mass stabbing at Michigan Walmart: 11 victims chosen at random, suspect arrested

At least 11 people were taken to the Munson Medical Center in Traverse City after a stabbing at Walmart, according to the Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office. Munson Healthcare released conditions of the patients as of 8:30 p.m. Saturday stating that 5 of the victims are in serious condition and 6 are in critical condition. Law enforcement was called to Walmart at 4:43 p.m. Saturday, with deputies arriving within 3 minutes of the call. The weapon involved appears to be a 'folding knife', according to officials. A 42-year-old man was arrested for the violence inflicted on others. He was uninjured according to law enforcement.
