Upper Back Reset: 20 Minute Mobility Class with @meli_theyogi
This class was made with mamas in mind. A reset for the upper back to compliment long days of breast feeding and baby carrying (or really just about anything related to your day to day!) I use a pilates ball for this class but depending on your body and your needs, a thick rolled up towel or a stack of pillows may be everything you need!
