Come costruire un forno a legna 11: voltino (how to build wood fired pizza oven, ASMR)

🇮🇹 Questo è per me un passaggio preoccupante: il voltino, cioè quel piccolo tunnel esterno davanti alla bocca del forno. Preoccupante perché l'arco ha una curvatura meno accentuata e i muretti su cui scarica non hanno ulteriori sostegni laterali, ma anche perché non è completamente pieno di mattoni e dovrà sostenere i 60 kg stimati per il camino. Credo che lascerò la cassaforma per qualche settimana, vorrei la certezza di una completa asciugatura. Per garantire il tiraggio ho realizzato - nella parte superiore - un buco dal quale usciranno i fumi per incanalarsi nel camino e da li al tubo di scarico. Speriamo regga tutto! Worrying because the arch has a less accentuated curvature and the walls onto which it discharges have no further lateral supports, but also because it is not completely filled with bricks and will have to support the estimated 60 kg for the chimney. I think I will leave the formwork for a few weeks, I would like the certainty of complete drying. To guarantee the draft I made - in the upper part - a hole from which the fumes will come out to be channeled into the fireplace and from there to the exhaust pipe. Let's hope it holds up!
