Making Curd from Yogurt by an Iranian Nomadic Woman | Traditional Kashk

In this video, I show you how I make traditional Kashk the way I learned from the women before me, using a simple fire and natural tools. I slowly cook the yogurt and buttermilk over the fire, then place it in a cloth to let the excess whey drain out, and finally dry the Kashk under the warm sun, just as we do in nomadic life. This is not just food for us, it is part of our daily life and our story.
